- ・ Unless the product is defective, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- ・ In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please contact us within 5 days from the date of arrival of the product. (Japanese or English)
・Please note that we generally do not accept exchanges/returns/cancellations due to customer reasons such as size change, color, image difference, sale item, or gift date not met.
・If you are unsure about the size, or if you have any questions about the details of the product, please feel free to contact us.
・We cannot exchange/return items that have smells or stains on them, items that have been washed, or items whose tags have been lost or damaged.
・Please note that we cannot exchange or return products that have passed more than 5 days from the date of arrival.
・Cancellations and changes due to customer convenience after the order, reservation, and payment have been completed are basically not possible.
・After the payment is completed, we cannot cancel or add a part of the products. If you would like to place an additional order, you will need to pay the shipping fee separately due to the usage of the site, so please check the details of your order and the delivery address again before making a payment.
・Please note that if there are too many cancellations intentionally, we will refuse the next purchase.
