*Regarding the size of ballet equipment.

・Please be sure to contact us before purchasing (before payment) for size and other consultations.
In addition to the name of the product you are considering, we will give you as much advice as possible after telling us about the three sizes, weight, height, physical characteristics, sizes of other brands, etc.Since it is difficult to guess based on height alone, please let us know all the above details.

・The XS size leotard is a size that can be worn by elementary school students to middle and high school students, so please check the size chart before purchasing.

・If a customer consults us and wants to change to a different size after purchase, we will accept exchanges only for items that are in stock and domestic orders.
(Most of the customers who inquired about the size in advance said that they were glad to consult with us about the size without exchanging it.）

If you wish to exchange the item, it must be in the same condition as new with tags attached.It cannot be exchanged if it is dirty, smells, etc., or if it has been washed.Please note that if you do not handle the product carefully, we may refuse to purchase the product next time.

・In the case of size exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and re-delivery fee.

・Basically, we do not accept exchanges or returns for customer convenience.
We are having a lot of trouble requesting exchanges from people who don't consult us in advance because the size is too small or too big, and people who don't read this page.

*About exchanges, returns, refunds, and cancellations

・Please note that we generally do not accept exchanges/returns/cancellations due to customer reasons such as size change, color, image difference, sale item, or gift date not met.
Ballet equipment size exchanges are only accepted if there is a size inquiry in advance.
If you are unsure about the size, or if you have any questions about product details, please feel free to contact us.

・We cannot exchange/return items that have smells or stains on them, items that have been washed, or items whose tags have been lost or damaged.

・Please note that we cannot exchange or return products that have passed more than 5 days from the date of arrival.

・Cancellations and changes due to customer convenience after the order, reservation, and payment have been completed are basically not possible.
After the payment is completed, we cannot cancel or add a part of the products.
If you would like to place an additional order, you will need to pay the shipping fee separately due to the use of the site, so please check the details of your order again before making the payment.

Please note that if there are too many cancellations intentionally, we will refuse the next purchase.



*If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered.

If you find that the delivered product is defective, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us by e-mail with the image attached.(Please contact us by email other than cell phone.）
We will refund or exchange for the same product.
(Regarding defective products, if you do not contact us within 5 days after the product arrives, or if the product does not have a tag, we cannot accept returns.）


*Regarding delivery
・Shipping in Japan: Small items will be sent by Letter Pack Light.Bulk purchases and large items will be delivered by courier.Please note that it may take 4 days or more depending on the time of mailing the order.(*Except for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) Please note that we cannot specify the delivery date.
Regarding the letter pack tracking number, it will be possible to track it about half a day after posting it, so if you can't find it, please wait a while and try again.

・International mail: The shipping fee varies depending on the size.Please check the tracking number for the scheduled delivery date from the 10th.

*About the product

We recheck all the products we sell before mailing them, but please understand the following precautions.
1) The color of the product may differ from the image due to indoor lighting and lighting conditions.Also, the characteristics of each monitor may differ.
2) The size may differ slightly from the description.
3) Please understand that overseas products may have wrinkles, fraying, poor threading, etc. before purchasing.



* About product handling

・For ballet items, we recommend that you follow the washing tag and wash items that can be washed separately at room temperature.
・The lace part is delicate, so please be careful.

・Please do not touch other clothing to prevent the possibility of color transfer.
(Especially when it is damp with sweat after the lesson, when washing, please be careful of color transfer etc.）
